I met today with Callum Ritchie, who is going to create a willow den and tunnel for the school. He gave me an approximate price for weed matting and bark/wood chips. I wondered, could anybody get these for us at a cheaper price? We would need –
Weed matting for 30 sqm (1m x 30m length ) – price quoted £50
Bark/wood chips for 30 sqm ideally to 10cm depth – price quoted £200
I realise this may be a long shot, but after our success in securing a loan of a smoke machine for the panto I thought I would give this a go!!
